ASSESSMENT: Resilient Teams

Service Description

Assess, benchmark and improve your team’s performance with roadmaps and resources designed to help teams achieve high-performance collaboration. This program includes an assessment, use of an online team development platform, and a live, virtual workshop. Highrise Vista partners with RallyBright to administer Resilient Teams, a valid and reliable measure of team performance with robust benchmarking capabilities. The online platform is accessible to a manager and direct reports and provides valuable insights for all in increasing effective collaboration and building a resilient team environment. Includes: *Administration of Resilient Teams Assessment to a leader and direct reports (one team or organization-wide) *Access to Resilient Teams Platform for manager (includes team development tools) and team members (includes personal development tools) for one year *Managers participate in a 3-hour workshop to debrief the Assessment results and learn to navigate the Platform
