Service Description

WHY: We believe the ability to navigate and manage human interactions & systems in ways that benefit all involved is the one pivotal skill that leaders can rely on to build resilience in their organizations. Our organizations may seem like disembodied systems of artifacts and practices, but we actually experience them as human interaction networks with ourselves at the center. Learn to build trust and collaboration in any group environment by practicing foundational team-building strategies and relational ethics. WHAT: This six-hour course is delivered over four sessions and combines lecture and interactive formats. Participants will also complete peer-to-peer learning in betwen sessions. For this reason, participants are encouraged to join with a partner.
